Returns & Refund Policy

At Anand Press, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return if:

The product received is damaged during transit.
The wrong product has been delivered.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The product differs significantly from the description provided on our website.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Customized or personalized printed products.
Products approved by the customer before printing.
Digital products or downloadable files.
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.
Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:

Order Number
Photographs of the product
Photographs of the packaging
Brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution.

4. Refund Process
Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Replacement
Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund if:

The product was damaged during shipping.
The incorrect product was delivered.
The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

6. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error, we will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
